Any member of your community can be assigned an administrative role, see available roles below.
1. Administrator
A community administrator has full privileges in your community. They can:
- Create / edit activities (sessions and competitions).
- Approve payment receivers.
- Enter / edit any result.
- Create / edit / remove teams.
- Create / edit / remove fixtures.
- Move people in / out of teams.
- Post news.
- Create / edit / remove memberships.
- View members’ personal data.
- Share links to protected activities.
- Create / edit / remove custom forms.
- Manage Competitor Affiliates and Types.
- Embed activities on websites.
- View reports.
- Create / edit / remove venues.
- Edit all community settings.
- Move people into / out of competitions and activities.
- Add / remove other administrators.
To make a member an administrator go to Manage > Members > Settings (cog) > (toggle) Add/Remove Admin:
2. Team Category Admin
If you have Competitor Affiliates enabled you can assign Affiliate Administrators to each Competitor Affiliate. The Affiliate Administrator has extended administrative privileges in the affiliate’s domain. These are:
- Create / edit / remove teams.
- Move people in / out teams.
- Add / remove additional Team Category Administrators within their category.
- Edit any result for their category (individual or team).
- View categories competitors’ personal data.
- Raise fixture change requests.
- Raise result change requests.
3. Activity Organiser
When you run sessions in your community you may have coaches or staff who organise them, you don't need to give them administrator privileges which gives them full community control. They can be selected when you create / edit an activity, and have additional privileges on the activities to which they are assigned as organiser. They can:
- Move people in / out of activities and sessions.
- Request payment (on behalf of an approved payment receiver) from people in the activity.
- Manage the register for the activity e.g. mark people as attended.
- Cancel bookings for people in the activity.
- Edit the activity.
