Community access control

You can choose from a number of access control options for your Community. By controlling access to your Community you can manage your space in Playwaze in full privacy preventing any unauthorised access or bookings. 

Public

Anyone will be able to join your Community or book an activity within it. This is the best option for public / commercial providers looking to automate and maximise new members and bookings.

Password

Simply set a password or pin number on your Community. People will need to enter this before they can join your Community or book an activity.

Access Request

Anyone joining your Community or booking an activity for the first time will need to be approved by an administrator before being allowed in.

Password or Access Request

A mixture of both. People can either provide a password / pin or request approval.

To choose your option (logged into your Community) head to the left hand panel and click Settings > General > Privacy & Security > Privacy. Remember to press Save Updates.

Everything you create in Playwaze will be displayed on your public listing. This gives people a summary view on the sort of activity you are providing. By setting access controls on your Community people will need to provide a Password or submit an Access Request to see more detail and proceed to a booking or join the Community.
