About Activities

Activities in Playwaze are for organising your sessions and classes - from a weekly training session, to a schedule of daily exercise classes.

Simply add an activity to your Community and people will easily be able to book onto any of your sessions. When you create an activity it will appear in your Community so any of your members will be able to see it and book - either through the Playwaze website or the app. When visitors or members click into your activity, they will be able to complete multiple session bookings in one go.

You can publish all your Activities on your website too, by using the Embed feature. You'll have a real-time calendar of all your Activities on your website, always up-to-date and ready for people to view and book.

If you want to reach out to more people outside of your Community to increase your bookings you can choose to publish each Activity to the Playwaze marketing network, where your Activities will be promoted on a range of websites hosted by sports and activity organisations e.g. National Governing Bodies and Active Partnerships.

If you'd simply like to promote your Activities through Playwaze and its marketing network, but don't want to take bookings through Playwaze, you can create an Activity as List Only.
