Setting up the right schedule is important. We’ve simplified the create flow to help, but we know real-world timetables can get complicated... so here’s a quick guide.
Maximum capacity
Enter the maximum capacity per session.
If some dates need a different capacity, you can edit individual dates later from the activity manage page. If capacity varies, we recommend entering the lowest number during setup to avoid overbooking.
Require booking for all dates
Most providers leave this unchecked.
Turn this on if you run a session series where attendees must book all dates together. For example, if attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as a full block.
If you want flexible booking — where users can pick individual dates — leave this option off.
First session
This sets the start date and time of your session and defines the session duration.
Each activity can only have one duration. You can run multiple schedules with different start times, but the length must stay the same.
If you need different durations (for example, a shorter morning session and a longer afternoon session), create them as separate sessions.
Does this session repeat?
Choose how often your session runs:
- None — one single date
- Daily — runs every day
- Weekly — choose frequency (e.g. every week or every 2 weeks)
- Monthly — repeats once a month on the same date
For weekly sessions, select the days you want:
Weekdays → M, T, W, T, F
Weekends → S, S
Custom pattern → select your days (e.g. M + W)
End date
Optional.
If you leave this blank, we will generate dates months ahead. If you add an end date, sessions stop generating after that point.
Preview
Preview shows exactly how your schedule will appear.
If something isn’t quite right, you can adjust later using manage tools. You can delete dates with no bookings or cancel individual sessions as needed.
