When you create a Community on Playwaze it will be published on Playwaze Search and be discoverable by anyone visiting our website or app.

If you want anyone to be able to find and book your Activities just make your Community public in your Community Settings. Or you can set your Community to private so that only your members can book your Activities. For the latter, there are three options to choose from so you can find which suits you best.

If you're looking to really maximise your profile and increase your bookings, Playwaze can promote your Activities further by publishing them to lots of other websites. We do this by publishing you and your Activities as Open Data.

Open Data is an initiative championed by Sport England to help providers in promoting their Activities across the sports and activity sector. When you publish your Activities to Open Data they will appear on a range of popular websites hosted by National Governing Bodies, Active Partnerships and Local Authorities. This initiative is called OpenActive.

You can choose to publish your Activities to OpenActive in Playwaze by selecting it as an option in the Promotion and Publishing step when you create / edit your activity. As soon as you click the option to publish, your activity will immediately appear on a multitude of sports and activity websites.
