About ladders

Ladders are a ranking based competition structure allowing groups of individuals or teams to challenge each other and compete. Participants move up when they win, down when they lose, and remain in situ when they draw. Ladders can run indefinitely with no limit to the amount of matches, and are a great way to foster casual match play.

You can create a ladder of any size. As each match is played the ladder will store the results and adjust the ladder rankings.

Playwaze ladders include:

- Online entries and payments (entries can be automatically added to the ladder so people can instantly join at any time)

- Challenge rules e.g. you can only challenge someone within 3 positions of your own position.

- Free challenges for when you want to let new players move up the ladder quickly (they always start at the bottom).

- Auto demote rules to automatically send people down the rankings
