Create a membership

To create a new membership product go to Add > Memberships from your left panel menu or your Dashboard.

Then complete the setup form - some of the options you'll have to set:

• Approve each person who subscribes before activating their membership: People must apply for the membership rather than instantly purchasing it. You will be able to view all applicants and can approve / reject each one.
• Promote this membership: If it's a membership you want to promote to members select this option. Every time a person joins or a member views your Community, the membership will pop up on screen until a membership is purchased.

• Expiry Date - Monthly and annual memberships will terminate on the expiry date. Optional but should be set for fixed term memberships to specify the end of the term. 
• Fixed term, monthly or yearly: When do subscriptions renew? Fixed terms are a one-off subscription that starts at the time of purchase and ends on the Expiry Date.

• Custom form - By adding a custom form you can collect information from people when they purchase the membership subscription.

Once you have created your new membership and it is active, i.e. on or after the start subscribing date, people will be able to purchase the membership through the web or mobile app and keep track of all their renewals.
