Cancel a membership

People can cancel their own membership subscriptions or as an administrator, you can cancel them on their behalf.

To do this go to Manage Subscribers from the membership view, select the person and click Cancel membership.

Note that Playwaze will not automatically issue any refunds for remaining subscription periods following cancellation. You can either issue the person with a credit through your Payments dashboard or issue a cash refund through Stripe.
