When you have enabled team categories you can choose assisted team naming to control the format of your team names. You can set your team naming format in Settings > Teams. There are three options:
Free Text
No formatting, just freestyle!
Custom
Auto include the team category in the team name along with some free text e.g.
Finchmoor Harry's Hoofers
Finchmoor Talisman Trotters
Controlled
This option is only available with a Competitions Plus subscription. It is the highest level of controlled formatting for team names. If you have enabled team types these can be included in team names along with team categories. This option auto numbers your teams and does not allow any free text e.g.
Finchmoor Mens 1
Finchmoor Mens 2
