Issue credits and refunds

There are two ways to return funds to people...

1. Issue a credit - that can be used against future payments in your community. This is quick and easy, especially if you are returning funds to many people.

To issue a credit go to your Payments dashboard (left menu) and click Credit Payment. The people that you issue the credit to will see a credit balance that they can now use for bookings, entries, membership payments etc. 

2. Issue a cash refund - this can be done through your Stripe dashboard. Note that any transactions you make directly through Stripe will not appear in your Playwaze Payments Dashboard.
