Start taking payments

There are three ways you can take payments in Playwaze...

- Set a price on an activity or entry and take payment at the time of booking.

- Request payment from individuals or groups.

- Take recurring payments for a membership subscription.

Playwaze uses Stripe to securely manage payment transactions. To start taking payments you will need to connect your Playwaze account to a Stripe account. To do this:

1. From the side navigation menu (in a Community) select Payments.
2. Open Manage Payment Receivers and under Merchants, your account name will appear.
3. Next to your name select Start Receiving Payments. You will be redirected to Stripe.
4. Complete the Stripe registration form.
5. Once complete, select Authorise access to this account - you will be redirected back to Playwaze.
6. Now, you're ready to start receiving payments.

If you take payments in multiple communities you will use the same Stripe account. All you will need to do is to activate yourself as a Payment Receiver in the additional communities you want to take payments in.
