A Community administrator can assign administration privileges to an Organiser for each activity allowing them to e.g. edit schedules, cancel sessions, update booking registers etc. However, only a Community administrator can create Activities and manage all Activities by default.
An Organiser is assigned to an activity and has all the necessary administration privileges on that activity to allow them to manage all the sessions and bookings. They are not granted any administration privileges outside of the activity to which they are assigned.
