What is a Community?

A Community is a space on Playwaze that belongs to you. Your Community might represent your club, your exercise business or your school. It’s simply your space for organising your sport and activity.

You can create Activities, Competitions, Memberships and News posts in your Community. People can then use the Playwaze app to enter, join, book and pay.

A key tip is to provide as much detail in your About section to entice people to join and become members.

Make your Community private so that only invited members can access it (great for private clubs) or make it public so anyone can join and book (great for businesses and community sports programmes). Find out more about these options in Community access control.
