See below the different types of Forms you can create!
1) Community Form
If you would like to collect members' data at the point they join your Community you’ll need to create a Community Form. The Community Form appears when a user joins your Community for the first time and will always be requested ahead of any template forms in your Community that have been created. If your Community is in a Network, any Network forms if not already completed will appear ahead of your Community form fields.
2) Team Form
Team form can be used at the point at which a participant is entering any of your Teams. Use the Team form for general data collection on team participants but also to manage their eligibility to be able to join.
3) Default Form
Once you've created your form/s you can select a default form using the dropdown under the Default Activity Form section. When you're creating your activity in your Community this form will automatically be selected. You can change to select another form on the activity should you need to.
4) Template Form
Template forms can be used at the point at which a participant is entering any of your Activities. When a participant completes this form all of the details will be saved to their account. If you have a Community form set this information will also appear in the form if it has not already been completed by your participant at the point of joining.
5) Network Form
If you would like to collect members' data at the point they join your Network you’ll need to create a Network Form. The Network Form appears when a user joins your network for the first time and will always be requested ahead of any Community and general forms that have been created.
6) Discount Form (managed from Discounts tab)
Use discount forms to provide some of your members a reduced cost for activity they are engaging in within your Community. When a participant completes a form and they become eligible for any discount rules that you set, the cost of that activity will change for them when they complete their booking/entry.
